Thank you for supporting the Abundance Exchange, a shared shop featuring creations from Pyrite Angels and CSZZLE. Each order is appreciated, and we want your shopping experience to be simple, thoughtful, and enjoyable.
Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow additional processing time during busy seasons or for items that require special preparation.
Shipping Rates & Taxes
We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.95 per order within the United States, regardless of the number of items purchased. Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times & Tracking
Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier volume, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Address Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update a shipping address or request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order enters fulfillment, but we cannot modify or recall packages once they have shipped.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns
We accept returns of eligible, unused items when a return is requested within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, and returned with any original packaging.
Please contact us at pyriteangelslove@gmail.com before sending an item back so we can provide you with the correct return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Personalized or custom-made items
Digital downloads
Items marked as final sale
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used after delivery
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where required by law or when the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please reach out to discuss current availability and exchange options.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can address the issue as quickly as possible.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging when available so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Missing Deliveries
If tracking confirms delivery but you cannot find your package, please check with members of your household, neighbors, or building staff, and allow 24–48 hours for carrier discrepancies.
If it remains missing, contact us so we can assist.
